The whole time I thought my sister was cranking out her pscyh paper she was actually bloggin!  (Rince if your reading this, get ur lazy bum back to work!) So i decided to kill some time myself

Today I helped out at the BCCH telethon (NO...I was NOT on TV but I did get a lot of food....catered! scrambled eggs, french toasts, fresh fruits, donuts, muffins ....and this is only breakfast...then it was lunch..iced cap, buffalo wings, hot dogs and burgers fresh from the grill, tons of salads, popcorn, snow cones, gourmet desserts---it's was a vvvvverrry rewarding experience in that sense) and I just wanna tell all the science geeks out there that what we are doing is very noble. yes, the lab work is a bitch and the pay sucks but many people out there are waiting for a cure that our work can potentially contribute to. As for the rest of you, I hope you find your big, fat paycheques to be fulfilling  hahaha jokes...we all need accountants, engineers, general studies students, and um...ivys in our lives

OOOOO the other day, I was reading this erotic novel and it was very disappointing...you'd think that you can't go wrong when a book's called Manhattan Heat and the main characters were Memphis and some other exotic name" but that book was a very disappointing display of what would otherwise have been a very enticing genre.........

just in case u were wondering why I was reading a book whose cover had a half-dressed man and fully dressed chick, well...I was taking a study break :P so it's not like I purposely stepped into the PM and said "hey yo's hook me up wid some of them x-rated novels"

but they shouldn't put those books right beside the Sports Illustrated...ppl mite get tempted to read Manhattan heat instead of Lance Armstrong's yet another victory at the T.d.F =P hehehe (i read them both! so time-efficient arent I...)

Ur a DUTCH fan?! UR SO COOL! Yah I was really disappointed that they didnt make it to the WC last year, considering the fact that they did so well in 98...it wus ALL CUZ OF DENNIS B.....he should play in Euro...he won't be playing anywhere (Bus to Portugal!)! he still has it...especially now...he's not THE goal scorer but he assists very well (those unbelievable touches!) Yes I don't understand why Solskjaer is a sub....he scores a goal practically every match he plays and he's always productive. I think he does a pretty good job playing Beckham's ex-role...and by the way, Beckham scored his first goal for Madrid! YYYYayyyyyyy!!!! now all he needs to do is learn to speak Spanish ;)

I agree with the 3 R's (I don't see how anyone wouldn't), but Rivaldo hasn't made much of a splash since his transfer...maybe he should transfer back to barca, wouldn't it be awesome....2 R's on the same team...and 3 R's in the same league! But seriously, Barca needs to shape up or else they won't be contending for ANYTHING in la liga......

Arsenal vs Man U next sunday at 6 friggin' am...don't think i'll be watching that......

I've lost all respect for barca...last nite's game, they looked flat, indifferent, basically, they didn't show up to play. I give them a -200% for their lack of effort. They didn't create plays, no one wanted the ball, didn't move around to creat space, and the only players who actually tried to do something were Puyol (I don't agree with his haircut though) and Quaresma. I was especially disappointed with Marc Overmars, because I'm a hugh Dutch fan and he was one of the reasons why I started following Arsenal...but last nite he barely even touched the ball...there was ZERO action on the left-side....sigh

Man U didn't play stellar either, especially Scholes...in fact, no one played with much intensity, which is shitty for the fans who were there.

Oh I think Giggsy's back ;) he didn't have a very good season last year, and the fans kinda turned on him towards the end of the season, but based on how he played the past couple of games, I think he's gonna win them back!

Oh yah, the reason why I think the Italian national team play so conservatively is because the men behind the bench have always been affiliated with AC Milan! prime example is Maldini......it's a shame cuz Vieri, Del Piero, Totti are all so effective in front. I still think Baggio is the best Italian player ever.
